A little more history on that boat. Vic was the original owner and sold it to Mike Alves. Mike Alves sold it to Jeff Brisbon who renamed it "Flying High" and kept the boat at Brewers in Portsmouth. Jeff sold the boat in 2010 to Kevin Coughlin at East Greenwich YC. So - the boat has remained on Narragansett Bay for all owners.
