This was a typical anchored obstacle that crowded the main channel into Newport today for the sold out Folk Festival at Ft. Adams.

Duh ... in response to the Coast Guard's question "how many life perservers do you guys have on board?" ... 197 people jumped into the water ... thereby giving an adequate number of life preservers for the people remaining on board.

Will have to remember that tactic ...

With the wind out of the NW, unfortunately, the music is not very loud.
