Although Rhapsody had a disappointment earlier in the day as one upper NB race was called due to lack of wind ... we held the first Rhapsody/Vee Jay J30 Narragansett Bay tune up down by Newport Bridge. A tune up, which wasn't really too fair as Rhapsody had double the crew over Vee Jay and was using a 163 over a #2 on Vee Jay.
It isn't even Memorial Day and the Newport crews are playing tune up ... started foggy turned nice and sunny ... and wind typical of Marblehead ... I hear. Almost nap speed.
If any of you guys are in the Newport area this summer look us up.
Rhapsody said that the Art on #79 in the water looks just as good as the photo.

#79 has been renamed "polkadots" by kids on other boats on the bay, a young lady crew member on #79 kindly accepted a skipper's compliment "I like your bottom" as meant for her, he had no idea how to respond....
