Mark - At this point I don't recall what that cost but it wasn't much compared to the rudder cost. They may have even thrown in the steel sleeves. My recommendation is to take exact measurements on the vertical gudgeon spacing and send the brackets to them to have the rudder drilled and sleeved there. I ended up dragging some holes to get the brackets to fit following the over-drilling and insertion of ss sleeves on my rudder.
I would also check the tiller pivot hole location with your current rudder. I ended up having to shave off the aft end of the tiller so the tiller would rotate without interference with the rudder.
