Well folks it pains me to say I've lost my Tactician. Bruce Miller has taken a job in Annapolis and was sworn in as the city finance director on 2 November. Congratulations Bruce! He will be relocating with his family from Providence RI, to Annapolis. I'm not sure what he is going to do with Valkyrie #425 as it is on the hard in Hyannis at his in-laws house in the middle of some restoration work.

Please welcome Bruce back to the Annapolis area. I'm sure he'll connect with the J/30 crowd on the Chesapeake. If I get Rhapsody down to the NAs next September, Bruce will definitely be on the crew!
