OK - finally working through some long neglected tasks and one is the "official" renaming of #426. So, I'm curious: are there any vessel renaming rituals recommended? We don't want to go upset Neptune...

I've seen many of them. I'm interested in the more strict, OD-J/30 rituals and cannot find them in the OD rules!
