today installed second spin halyard ... no big deal.
a. exit plate is K-10960SC from RigRite ~$20 delivered.
b. three 1/4 in. holes, dremel cutout with an chinese industrial disk [dremel disks are crap] and then rough edges dremel ground smooth.
c. snaked from box to opening with opening facing down, practically fell out of hole.
d. then plate attached with four #10s tapped corners after halyard was fed through.
Note: Green will be main Spin Halyard, blue tracer main jib halyard because it is a better angle for the roller furling.
Also note how well color coordinated this is ... by accident [the green tracer was on discount at WM] ... If we think we are going to peel will use the lower one as the main spin H so we can go outside with the upper one.
This is the 4 screw box that replaced the 12 screw box sometime in 1985 and apparently on all new masts since 1985.
