Yes, I have this past summer. The bleed screw was the problem. About 50 bucks took care of it. After 30+ years it just were out. I replaced the bowl and the washers Jalapeno30

Did you service the filter?
Many times the o ring on the filter housing can get pinched or people over tighten the threaded ring and crack it.
Each of these allow an air bleed.
