So Ok here we are 25+ years later and realizing that water seems to be getting into the top deck ... requiring temp repairs ...

so for the benefit of alternative method discussions.

we take out the loose screws, dip them into 4200 and screw them back in ... after cured ... slice off excess ...

this surface is soon to be painted interdeck. photo shows the pitting of the gelcoat.
