I posted this video in another thread but realized later that it is better to treat somewhat off topic [OT] postings as new treads for archive simplicity.

I am more convinced than ever that we need to start training foredeck in early teens ... for that matter anything competitive on a J30 needs some serious training attitude at an early age.

Vee Jay will be trying to put a series of "8 sec." videos out this winter of which this is the first.



If you feel that you can "beat" our times ... we look forward to the challenge.

Vic a great job with this video! Gator was doing sets in under 8 seconds at NAs. Wish my Flip video camera didn't go overboard!
