The J/30 racers in the area have a unique opportunity as warm-up for the NA's this fall: Take your boat across to J/Fest Southwest, hosted by Lakewood Yacht Club on Galveston Bay, TX. This is a quickly growing event that attracts a large number of J/Boats traveling for the event from across the country, from J/22 to J/105.

LYC offers complimentary launch, haul and storage for the event, a great party on Saturday night and well organized racing! One-design class requirements can be accommodated!
