Bob Rutsch asked us to do this some time ago. It look me a while to develop. See the link below to display our fleet in the USA. I am working on an international map too.

Bob, thanks this effort took a lot of work but is not finished. There are several hulls in the fleet database with an invalid address, P.O. Box, missing zips etc. I will tweak the database to allow address of the harbor etc. Currently the map is showing location of ownership (not the location of harbor or mooring). This is why you see Zephyr V2.0 listed in New Orleans and Louisville, KY etc... Will keep everyone posted!
Great ideas about the link on the map tab. I will add.

Surprised at the number of boats still in FL. Wonder where we could get a fleet start at a spot with resonable accomidation rates??

Dan - you bring up the chicken and egg syndrome. Dave grabs the data from the class database with owners and anyone else who has joined the class. If crew doesn't join, then the data to display isn't available. If we had more crew members join, the population would show where the activity is, providing incentives for others to join the class as associate members.
For boat location, we'll probably want to update the database in the future so people can enter that in addition to the contact address we capture. As I'm writing this, maybe we have two views - one for boat location, and the other for owner/associate location.
