Would a J30 modified for offshore racing,ie.: toerails and portlights, qualify for NA's? Not sure how my j30, hull # 006 would weight in?
Considering my entry?

Does this do it? Permitted under CR 5.4.1.10: Substitution of plastic for wood toe rails.

What's the issue with the portlights?

There is no standard boat weight but at the NA's the measurer often checks for draft stripes or verifies float lines according to CR 5.14.1.

Is not the J30 already an offshore yacht?
