I could not find one either. I took a piece of Starboard and cut out a piece that fit over the old holes and big enough to fit under a new faucet. Then screwed it in place. Then I re-drilled it to fit the new faucet. I also put a bit of Silicon sealant under it so water would not leak through.

Should be able to find it at home depot 1 1/4 is a standard under sink size they make them in brass chrom'd and in plastic
