Sat 8/31-Mon 9/2/2013: A hot but reasonably steady southerly allowed eight races over three days in the Annapolis Capital's signature big boat regatta. Seven J/30s were among the 175 boats in thirteen classes contested in three fleets. Dave Moss and his crew of The White Boat took the first two races Saturday with Bebop winning the third race to tie on points with Insatiable third for the day. A southerly built from 12 to 15 with gusts reaching 19 in the final race encouraging some to change down to their #3 jibs.
