2. Running lights - corrosion - wires need to be replaced.
Not all of the running lights work.
3. Woodwork - at the chain plates has damage from leaking
4. Moisture - soft spot on the bow around 1 sf in size. No other noted moisture problems
5. Bilge cover needs some re-laminating
6. No central table

Other stuff
Folding prom, VHF, autopilot. Spinnaker pole, knotmeter, depth sounder, un-attached apparent wind indicator, Kenyon 2 burner stove - working. Fenders, mooring lines, life jackets, all of the cushions, boat pole(s), fuel transfer pump

Racing Notes: Rig is tuned and balanced to the proper charts. No issues with the standing rigging, backstay, spreaders or the like. Able to carry full tension on the uppers and lowers as well as complete backstay in 30+ knots.

This boat is ready to go sailing and racing immediately (just not at night). Still comfortable for cruising and the toilet replacement killed all bad odors in the boat. I have done a majority of the CRAPPY work already, so the pricing is advantageous to a new owner.

Location:
Boat is lying in Stony Point NY and is available for inspection under the cover. Scheduled to go in the water April 2014.
