Almost to the pound (including the crew who was below, ill).

11.7 knots Overground on the run back against 1.5 to 2 knots of ebb tide watching a J35 and a Henderson 30 broach (broken forestay).

Just learned our new CCI Rudder is ready for shipping. I will take pictures and provide a total dry weight before we install it.

Yea we have used the reefing point on an occasional delivery and either under manned, or at lest undermanned on the rail - works very well. Its nice to have that option in swell.
