Mark, The keel offset interpretation is consistent with the rudder offset interpretation where it is specifically stated "... Offsets represent minimum dimensions. Half width thickness may be two millimeters greater than what is shown."

Its also important to get the measurement from the transom so you can figure out if you need to add to the front or the back of the keel When I faired out Falcon I ended up added almost and inch to the trailing edge using a old batton At one point they were building them so fast that Plus /minus and inch was good enough
