I suspect the 9.5 pitch would be under powered and result in higher RPMs. You can go to a local machine shop and have a new shaft cut and machined for the prop and flange key. Consider going to a dripless seal rather than a stuffing box. It will eliminate the shaft wear problem. I had one on Rhapsody and it worked great.

When I replaced my Martec prop earlier this year [2015] they were very helpful. I needed it ASAP and they could make me one and get it to me within my time frame. They offered a reasonable discount too... Which took some of the sting away!
