Thank you Dave! Were the hatches you ordered flanged or flat? Were they the same size 10 and 60 ocean hatches that I'm looking at purchasing? I just want to be sure. As you mentioned, this won't be terribly cheap. However, its cheaper than water getting in.

These hatches were the flat arrangement. I think hte trick to them is to do the through bolting which is a lot of new stainless bolts. I alo used the semi permanent 5200 under the frames because I don't think there will be a next time on these hatches and for sure I don't ever want to mess with them again.
