Hi all -

Further to core work on my bow. I'm clearing wet core from beneath (a little awkward) and noticed the cleat was located behind a piece of plywood not on the plywood. Is this correct or could it possibly be a build error? Photo is taken in the cabinet area forward of v-birth looking up.

I do not recall such plywood on my work a few years back...
but my work was probably more limited not having to reach the bow cleat...

Your picture do not show the rear part of where the bow pulpit is bolted - that would help figure out - how much back your area extend...

I will not get on my boat before two weeks from now - but will try to check and match with your picture.
