What are the annual insurance rates everyone is paying for insurance costs? Asking for a friend.

My policy is Progressive. Annual Costs are $1,824 with:

$250,000/500,000 bodily injury
$100,000 Property
$35,000 comp/collision coverage
$0 Deductible

Atlantic Specialty, Seahorse Underwriters: $737 per year
$25K boat & equipment, agreed value, $500 deductible
$300K liability for property damage & bodily injury
$10K medical
$10K personal property, $50 deductible
$2K towing

On a renewal for decades. It seems impossible to get a quote without a survey.

No survey required when I switched just submitted pictures.
