I'm wondering what size Tuff Luff folks are using. We replaced our current 1205 extrusion for #5 luff tape (4mm) at the begining of this past season. I've found that a number of our (older) jibs don't fit in it very well. I examined a number of other local boats they were using the slightly larger 1706 extrusion for #6 luff tape (5mm). I'd like to be more compatable with other boats, I was wondering which extrusion/luff tape set up you were using?

We've got the headfoil 2, #6 extrusion. (same as the 1206) and our sails are run with the 5mm tape. (Anybody know why the tape numbers are 1mm different than the headfoil diameters. Wonderful source of possible confusion, that :-) )
