Steve - use a calculator and 2.54 cm per inch! Seriously... PHRF-NB requires input in feet. My ORC measurement certificates are in meters so I just convert and enter the data that way.

My PHRF-MA data was all pre-loaded in metric when I signed into their website. I checked a few numbers and the conversion seemed correct. Paid the fee and awaiting my certificate...
