I'm looking at purchasing a J-30 and I have done all the research short of sailing one. I am hoping that someone in NS might be kind enough to alowme to join them on a sail. Any opportunity would be greatly appreciated.

However, I will be in Pictou Monday Sept 9th and if you were available would just pop across on the ferry. My e-mail is mbrunt@birdstairs.ca Thank you again for the offer.

Nova Scotia it is,Not too observent ,am I, eh! I moved up from Ranger 26, and a Tanzer 26 before that. As far as being tender goes, it is not a concern unless you are racing.A great cruising boat, safe and quick and real easy to sail.Main alone in a breeze, just like a Lazer, that easy. But you got to be strong and alert.Where abouts in NS are you located and which J 30 are you interested in buying.I got mine in Chester area about 6 or 7 years ago.Good luck, have fun, and contact me any time.I`m like you, I got lots of info before I bought it and haven`t regetted it once.Send me your email. My work email is clive@bradoliver.pe.ca Regards Clive Johnston
