Bill We don't have the section where you have the inspection port for the hidden bilge so i think that that part has been cut away on judicious which still does not let you see into the hidden bilge although it does give access to put a small tube into suck most of any water out.

Bill, On my blog I posted a photo of the fuel filter installation similar to your approach. I had to bring the filter inlet hose up thru the center as the stairs would pinch off the hose. My filter is a little higher to gain the 2 inches for easier replacement. The blog post also shows the mounts on Nordic Star. They look alot like the DF-2205-2 Engine Mount. Regards, Rob
