Roo Forum Newbie Registered: 02/13/10 Posts: 2 Loc: Elkton, MD	Mike, Sorry for the delayed response. I bought Roo with the modified rudder 3 years ago in Annapolis. The rudder was modified by either Muller Marine or the guys in Jabins (???). I'm not sure. I'll try to get more info. for you. Whoever did the work did a nice job...
