Yes. I have my boat shrink wrapped and the best thing you can do is have them wrap only down to the toe rail. What my guy does is he runs a cord around the whole boat about 1 1/2 inch up from the stancion base and then he uses this to skrink the bottom of the wrap. This allows air to move around the boat but keeps all the weather out. You can then leave the hatches on vent.
I am in Marblehead so not far from you but I do not think my guy travels to the Cape.
