I am looking for a used J30 shoot. If you might be looking to sell one give me a shout at mrkthorn1216@aol.com Also if anyone could tell me the measurments of a J30 spinnaker that might also help me look up one on the used sail sites
Thanks Mark T. No Quarter Given

Mark - from the 2008 J/30 Class Rules5.12.6 Spinnaker
5.12.6.1 Minimum cloth weight is 40 grams or 0.75 oz. nominal and 0.9 oz. actual weight. Spinnakers must be made of nylon. Airex 650 is one of several approved spinnaker cloths that meet this requirement.
5.12.6.2 The maximum length of the leaches is 10.515 m. The half width at half height, measured from midpoint of the leaches to the nearest point on the centerfold shall not exceed 3429 mm (11.25'). The foot shall be contained by a 110° angle from the clews. Maximum spinnaker half width at any point on the luff shall not exceed 3429 mm. I could be convinced to sell my old beer can spinnaker to buy a new one. I need to look at the details when I get home, but I think it is a 2000 North Sails class legal one. It is all white. PM me or send an email for more info.

I think I might wait as the new spinnaker rule on weight is changing in May to .05 that way I'll have a .75 and a .05 for the light stuff.
