D. Bartley Governor at Large Registered: 04/28/07 Posts: 427 Loc: Chicago, Il. USA	Is the J/30 Class a member of US Sailing? US Sailing has a "Sailor Athlete" category. Level C athletes are those that "have participated in a the National or North American Sailing Championship of a US Sailing member class".
