on my traveler car there are two white plastic sheaves with a stainless steel hub that fit on a couple of 1/4 in. treaded studs ... now after 25 years they are starting to break apart ... does anyone know if there is a replace part number?

They are about 27 mm in diameter

Replacement Sheave only, for NF 1169 Cars: NF 73-7:
Molded Delrin sheave is 1 1/8" OD x 9/16" (.565") wide x 7/16" ID. As used on NF 1169 4-wheel Traveller Cars, and in other applications. With rope groove for maximum 7/16" (11mm) line.
