Here is a little challenge for all the Puget Sound sailors from their neighbors down south in Portland. We plan on bringing at least three and possibly four (out of five) boats to Whidbey Island this year. If we can get another 5-6 boats we can have a class at Whidbey. Although the winds are often a little light for us to PHRF there, a class would be a lot of fun. If you have not raced at Whidbey you don't know what you are missing. It really is "Summer Camp for Adults". Come on folks, how about it, anyone out there willing to step up and take the challenge? You won't be sorry. If you think it is a long way away you should try coming up the coast. If we can do it, you can. We could really make this event into a NW J-30 championship.
