Rules expert Dave Perry will give an all-day Racing Rules Seminar on March 6th at the Eastern Yacht Club (Marblehead). The seminar will include a thorough review of the 2009-2012 Racing Rules of Sailing, as well as "Dave's Top Ten List of Tactical Tips" which includes tactical applications of the racing rules in key areas around the race course, and an informal one hour Q & A with America's top rules expert. Dave Perry is widely known as one of the top rules experts in the world. He has authored three popular books on sailing, including several additions of Understanding the Yacht Racing Rules. Dave has given hundreds of rules seminars all over the United States and around the world. Most recently, Dave served as Rules Advisor to the 2008 US Olympic Sailing Team and became the highest-ranked US sailor in the world in Open Match Racing in 2009.
