Hull #109 $2500 possibly restorable or complete parts boat

Hello, I bought this boat last week and am offering it here complete. Has had water inside for a long time but the water has never risen high enough to reach the motor. Deck hardware striped. Cushions and sails were luckily stored in a shed. Bottom is in very good condition. Motor is a low hour 2gm 15 and looks great. Owner told me the motor was in good condition but the fuel will be toast. Please call if you would like photos messaged. I may part out the boat and keep the Yanmar. If you are parting the boat out, I am interested in an upper and lower lifeline. Looking for the continuous ones, from bow to stern without the gate.
