Information We Collect

We only collect the information you submit for registration on this online store.  We use this to support event registration and to mail goods or contact you, only if we need to.  Your information is not shared with third parties.  We do not collect or store credit card information.  That's why we setup this store to use PayPal, because they can securely handle credit card transactions.

Payment

Payment is accepted using a credit card via PayPal online secure transactions, or checks mailed to the J/30 Class Treasurer.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.  We do not store or collect credit card information.  When making an online purchase, you are actually directed to the PayPal secure site to complete the credit card transaction.

Refunds

There really isn't a policy on refunds.  For regattas and events, it is up to the event organizer to establish the policy.  If the event organizer agrees that a refund is due, you will get refunded.  For merchandise procured on this site with third party suppliers, refunds are between the purchaser and the third party supplier.
