Planing to buy J30 but right now I need to know about renting trailer for this boat.Distance ; Annapolis to Chicago.
Any suggestion ?

I needed a J30 Mast transported from Chicago to City Island in New York. Hall spars gave me the # of Dave, "Big Dog Trucking" who picked up my mast along with the J105 he was delivering from Chicago to Newport. His initial response was " What the fuck do you need a mast delivered to the Bronx for ??" Turns out he knew a few of the racers I compete against in City Island, collected my mast from a reluctant seller who had already been paid in full, and delivered in a snowstorm to the Bronx. I was in Colorado snowboarding when the mast was delivered. Dave and a couple of my friends humped the mast 3 blocks to the yacht club so he wouldn't have to back down a narrow street in the snow with a J105 on his trailer. Never actually met the man, and highly recommend him. Don't know if he's still in buisiness, It was over 10 years ago.

Andrew - curious if you have found any resources here? I just closed on a J30 today and need trailering help or to borrow or rent a trailer.. any suggestions on what you've learned so far?
