If there were jobs in Annaplis or New Orleans, I just might move Planxty there.

And I agree... it was rather hard to compete against a maxi-MORC boat in the light stuff last weekend. Though a year ago, we were in the same boat, and didn't fare too bad. 10 kts can make a huge difference... J/30s took first and second.

The Chicago NOOD has had PHRF sections from almost the beginning (17 years ago?). Unfortunately, for the last 2 years, we've had to join them.

The good news is that in August for the Verve Cup, we'll probably have a 1 design section for the second year in a row. So we've sort of switched a later season regatta for an early one.
