On long island sound, would a J30 rate 141 PHRF if you race with class pole and class genoa instead of the oversized?

Or, do all J30's racing PHRF have to take the 6 second penalty and rate 135 regardless of equipment carried?

I race "J30 Class legal" all of the time even in PHRF races.
