Bob Rude Senior Member Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 116 RI	To keep your pole from accidentally skying, make an easy-to-release knot on the downhaul line just before the line runs through a block or fairlead. Viola! No more skying! (Of course, you've got to find the right position to place the knot!) Duh! POLE UP!!!!
