So OK ... now is 4 years with my original coat of interdeck and it is time to repaint ... no peel, some rust stains, some heavy scrubbing from bird residue, some just plain wearing through, some chipping where the spin pole hits the bow. but those chips went into the gel coat.

I originally did one coat over a powerwashed deck with random touch ups, no sanding, no priming, just powerwashing. After 4 years here in the sub tropics it is starting to wear down especially when TK tells me that the foredeck is not as good as it was. I had added 4 oz of silicon dioxide into the interdeck for painting in front of the shrouds. and the foredeck takes 1 qt. which I mix 3 to one white and gray.

Power washed this morning and we did the foredeck this afternoon ... and it will take a few days to cure up. I am still happy with interdeck with extra grit on the foredeck ... I use out of the can in the cockpit [out of the can but 3x white, 1x gray.]
