J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Anchor Hawse Pipe

I have a shortish length of chain that stays at the bottom of the anchor locker itself, and 3-strand rode that's led into the forward rode locker through the hawse. But I only anchor for lunch really so I don't use that much chain rode.
