Bob_M Forum Newbie B Joined: Apr 2017 Posts: 2 toronto, ontario, canada	Joe, there should be a pulley on each side for reef lines, the centre pulley is your outhaul. Looks like the pulley in the picture is gone and replaced with a washer. bob
