I have hull 539 and have a similar issue. I will check the bilge before heading out and it will be dry or close to dry. I will later have sloshing water on the cabin sole when I am healed over (my sole is fiberglass with only the teak grate where the table inserts are.) The water is usually there after running the engine to come in or out of the harbor. I think it is water from the stuffing box and am replacing it with a dripless version in the next couple of weeks. I will let you know if this solves the problem.
