On Rauzer II #448 I have found that sliding the chart table easily is a balance issue. At the point where the raised wood of the table meets the forward bulkhead, the table slides back and forth with a couple finger tips and thumb. However, when someone comes onboard and tries to slide it by grabbing the table by the edges closest to them, it tends to bind and not move easily. Also, a little teflon or silcone spray in the track helps. Just wipe out any excess spray as it tends to be a little messy.
