rig rite has the description of the one inch pintles and gudgeons the pins part # is RR81-78p. I can not get them to answere my request. I wonder if the parts inventory was ruined in the fire and I can not get any answers.
I used a dremmel tool to sand my pins down to pass through the bore of the gudgeons. I also polished the bores of the gudgeons to allow the pins to pass easily. This sounds weired but my problem was that the pin seized up is that bore and the bearing surface was the edge of the bracket against the pin- causing a groove in the lower pin. beating the pin out flared the end of the pin somewhat--what a job.
I am considering adding a grease zerk fitting to the lower gudgeon to grease that hinge.
