Ed Austin Senior Member Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 109 New York, NY	I had a similar problem with the slug pulling out even though the track was reinforced with stainless plates many years ago. I switched to velcro to hold the clew to the boom which has worked great. Ed Austin Chinook
