Does anyone know if the old Kenyon (now Rig Rite) 4060 section J30 masts can be retrofitted with a 15 degree aft angled spreader thru-bar? Original equipment spreader attachments for the Kenyon J30 masts are steel plates rivited to each side of the mast. This configuration is prone to causing mast fatigue and failure due to compression loads.
