My boat weighed in pretty heavy this winter. Couple that with the fact that one of my engine area drains to the bilge is clogged, and the varnish on the floor in the galley area keeps failing when water in the wood floor freezes in the winter, and I figure it is highly likely that the vermiculite is soggy.
