Thanks for everyone's input. I finally went with Luther Welding. I paid $480 for the tank and $60 shipping to my freight forwarder in Miami. Because of the strange size and packing it cost $180 to ship by air to Panama --- a cost which was definitely breath taking. I have successfully installed it. I had to do some fiberglass removal over the old tank to remove it which took a bit of time and many cuts and scratches. The new one went in without too much work. Important note: the horizontal dimension of the fuel input pipe was about 2 inches too short to clear the bulkhead. I managed to get the hose attached, but it was a chore. The old tank had a non-electric fuel pump; the new one has an electric sender. I will hunt-up and new electric gauge this week. The Luther's Welding folks were helpful, timely, and efficient. Hope this helps anyone performing this chore.
