I agree that low stretch sheets defintely help. A local rigger made me a set of tapered sheets - bare spectra from the shackle back, then with fuzzy polyester cover for the part that goes around winches and ends up in the trimmers hand. I think Layline will make up tapered sheets as well. This avoids the hassle of having light and heavy spinnaker sheets (the way my boat was set up when I bought it).
